These terms apply to the teo app and this website. By creating an account, you agree to them and to the Privacy policy.
1. What teo is
teo is a wellness app that forecasts your energy across the day from your sleep, your circadian rhythm and the habits you log. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and its forecasts are estimates. For any health concern, talk to a professional.
2. Your account
You need an account to use teo. You are responsible for access to it and for the information you provide. You can delete your account at any time, in the app.
3. Plans and subscription
- teo has a free plan and Premium, a monthly or yearly subscription sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
- The yearly plan may start with a 3-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
- If you stop subscribing, you go back to the free plan and keep everything your sky has already earned.
4. Your sky
Stars, planets and other bodies are generated by the app from your use. They have no monetary value and can’t be sold or traded. We may recalibrate the game rules to keep it balanced, without taking away what you have already earned.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t try to copy, modify, decompile or interfere with teo, access someone else’s account or use the app for anything illegal.
6. Intellectual property
teo, its brand, design and code belong to VF Tech Consulting Ltda. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices, under these terms and Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, improve or remove features. If a change affects what you pay for, we’ll tell you first. We do our best to keep teo running, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the forecasts or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
9. Ending
You can stop using teo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your App Store subscription: cancel it in iPhone Settings too.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
